Hi there and welcome to my site! I’m Sable Grey. I’m a published author since 2004 in both print and digital formats and have over 30 titles currently available, a cover artist since 2005, and a publisher since 2006. I write under three names: Sable Grey, Amon Bieste, and AJ Searle. I am one of the owners of Cobblestone Press. And I’ve literally designed hundreds of covers for fiction books.

I went to Mississippi Delta Community College for journalism where my journalism professor suggested I write for a tabloid, thus setting me on the path of writing fiction books. I wrote my first full length romance novel at age 19. I’m currently rewriting that book (WHAT A CHALLENGE) to make available for publication.
I have three dogs, Marshall Dillon, Doc Adams, and Sam Noonan. I have three cats, Miss Kitty, Amber Kat, and Zed, and they are the bosses of me. I’m divorced twice so far LOL.
Before I dove into the romance and erotic romance industry I founded a not for profit organization out of Longmont, CO called AWS Survivors of Abuse and I ran the organization for five years. I would say the publishing industry isn’t as stressful as counseling but I would be lying. LOL
I enjoy reading, watching tv and movies, cooking, going out with family and friends, and yes, singing very bad karaoke. I started collecting elephant figurines when I first married at age 19. My collection now is rather ridiculous. I also like gawdy jewelry and purses. Some of my favorite movies are The Shining, The Last of the Mohicans, The Thirteenth Warrior, Lake Placid, Paul, and oddly enough, since I’m terrified of mice, The Rats of Nimh. My all time favorite shows are Lost, Castle, The Biggest Loser, Alphas, Deadwood, The Sopranos, Torchwood, Lark Rise to Candleford, MI5, and anything with Chef Gordon Ramsey.
My local stomping ground where I partake in humiliating myself by showing just how terrible I can sing is Footloose in Jackson.
